Karin’s debt finance experience includes a wide range of transactions such as leveraged financing, hedge fund financing, project financing, senior secured financing, mezzanine financing, real estate financing, lease financing and cross-border transactions.

Karin regularly acts as outside general counsel to not-for-profit entities including matters relating to formation, tax-exemption, governance, grants and endowments, corporate sponsorships, policies and procedures, and general operations.
