Chris counsels companies in transactional matters, with a practice focusing on M&A transactions, representing both acquirers, sellers and investors in mergers, stock and asset deals and other types of transactions, including minority investments.
Prior to his work with Thompson LLP and the Law Offices of Christopher Condlin PLLC, Chris was a senior attorney in the New York office of the global law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where he spent more than a decade assisting clients with often billion-dollar-plus investments. His clients included a variety of foreign and domestic clients, including investment banks, multinational corporations, private equity investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and individual private clients. He was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2019-2020.
