Giulio Zanolla is an American Arbitration Association (AAA) panelist and mediator focusing on commercial disputes, insurance coverage, fiduciary, employment and intellectual property matters. In addition to his mediation practice, Giulio advises on various aspects of insurance coverage including commercial liability, E/O, and cyber liability.

Giulio has worked on the resolution of disputes in industries including technology, finance, communications, entertainment and energy. He has been involved in the mediation of more than a hundred complex matters involving multifaceted legal and business issues with an aggregate value of several billion USD.

In addition to mediation, Giulio advises companies and individuals in the US and Europe on issues relating to cross-border transactions, trade and dispute resolution processes.

Giulio earned his law degree at the University of Parma and holds a Graduate Diploma in ADR and cross-border transactions from Hamline University School of Law in conjunction with the University of Rome La Sapienza and ADR Center SpA, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law focusing on International Dispute Resolution.
